One of the big questions is how much water to drink for optimal health? If you remember the old school seven glasses of water, you should know that there was no science behind it. The seven glasses was purely arbitrary.
Think about it, how could a person of 100-120 lbs (45 - 54 kg) weight need the same amount of water as a person of 300 lbs (136 kg) weight.
A better way to determine the amount of water to drink would be to base it on the body weight.
For your total daily water consumption, the best ratio is half your body weight in ounces of water.
So if you weigh 150 lbs, you would drink 75 oz of water. If you weigh 300 lbs you would drink 150 oz of water. This is how much you would drink every day. Divide it by 5 or 6 for your individual dose of water.
in addition to drinking water amounts based on your weight, there is also a need to take in the appropriate amount of electrolytes. The most essential for taking in with water would be salt. But not just any old salt.
Although any salt will work, the best will be unprocessed sea salt. This is because it is rich in other minerals in addition to the salt.
Take 1/8th teaspoon of salt per 16 oz of water. It is best if you can take a sip of water and then place the salt on your tongue. Allow it to be absorbed by into your mouth. Once dissolved in your mouth, then drink the rest of the water.
Generally, every time you drink, it should be 10% your body weight in ounces of water. So if you weigh 150, you would drink about 15 ounces. It would be OK to drink the full 16 ounce bottle. Drink it all at once, do not nurse it. This is two regular size (16.9 oz) bottles that people traditionally find in vending machines
As a rule, do not drink more than 32 oz within 2 hours. Always take the salt in the mouth before drinking the water.

Glutathione has a high affinity for water. Simply put, if we are dehydrated our bodies may not make as much as they could. Or, what we do make may be less effective.
Usually there is something more than just being dehydrated. Often there is a condition called fluid and electrolyte imbalance, less than bodies needs. There is a simple, easy and inexpensive way to correct this, allowing your body to produce even more GSH.
The Water Cures Protocol really works. Give it a try today.
It is simple, easy, sustainable and affordable (the salt should cost less than $10 a year).
And like GSH, it will help with over 76 different diseases and conditions.
