Can harmful cell phone radiation make you sick? Yes, so to Speak.
There is a debate over whether harmful cellphone radiation cause cancer. The Wikipedia section on this topic seems to indicate that they do. However, until 2015, there was little science to prove this. Up until 2011, the statistics seem to say the opposite.
In the past, some headlines said 'Cell Phones Cause Cancer.
The WHO announcement said, "Radiofrequency Electromagnetic Fields Are Possibly Carcinogenic" Specifically, the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), an organization of the World Health Organization (WHO), designated cell phones as a Class B Carcinogen, (possible cancer-causing agent).
WHO has classified the radiofrequency electromagnetic fields or waves as possibly carcinogenic to humans. This was based on an increased risk for glioma, a malignant type of brain cancer, associated with wireless phone use.
The panel determined that there was 'some evidence' of regular cell phone use increasing the risk of gliomas and acoustic neuromas.
Note that it did no say, "causes cancer," rather it said, "possibly of having the potential to cause cancer."
Also, where are the numbers? There should be an increase of Glioma brain cancer incidents. Where are the numbers?
This is not to say they are healthy for children. They could be even worse for a child and young adult than for us old timers.
I have long been a proponent of the sentiment that cell phones do not cause cancer. If your a conspiracy theorist, all of the studies that show analog version of cell phones were pulled off the shelf of the PubMed library. Things that make you go hmmmm.
2015 Update It seems that while the earlier versions of phones had a greater risk, the later generations also increased the risk. The G3 phones were found to be even more dangerous than earlier phones.
Note: I am big on avoiding anything unnatural. Aspartame, Splenda, MSG, fluoride, and just about anything else out there, if it is bad for you, I will speak up. I am not a fan of cell phones. I just did not, based on the numbers, not see cell phones as causing great harm before 2011. In 2015, that changed.
My harmful cell phone radiation and safety of cell phone use hypothesis has a basis in actuarial studies of brain cancer incidences. In other words, when I first researched this, there were not more brain cancers per capita than in the years before. Now, in 2015, there are.
In 1998, if my figures are accurate, with a US population of 270,002,000, only 1 in 15,000 got brain cancer. Speeding into the future 10 years to 2008, with a population of 292,928,000, about only 1 in 13,000 got brain cancer. This is far from scientific but interesting none the less.
2015 Update It appears the numbers have changed. Now, there are 2 in 1000 getting brain cancer of all types.
However, an alarming number of people I am contacting, both as a nurse and business man, are getting sicknesses of unknown etiologies. This means people are getting sick and the doctors don’t know why. Hey, it even happened to me a few years ago and for a year the doctors could not tell me why I was sick. Could cell phones be part of the current health problems that are hard to diagnose and treat?
Consider this study, from of all places, somewhere that has no affinity for what Westerners think when it comes to money and health.
In a 2007 paper published in the Pakistan Journal Of Biological Science Effects of electromagnetic field produced by mobile phones on the oxidant and antioxidant status of rats.
The study exposed rats to EMR produced by GSM Mobile Phones (Global System for Mobile communications: originally from Groupe Spécial Mobile). The goal was to study the effect these had on oxidant and antioxidant status of rats. Significant drops in vitamin C, E, and A were noted.
However the most important aspect of the study was what happened to the glutathione.
The levels were significantly lower. If glutathione (GSH) is new to you, what it does can be described by the acronym, AID. GSH is the master antioxidant. It defends against infection at the cellular level, acting as immunity booster and it detoxifies the body.
To treat acetaminophen poisoning, a drug that boost the cellular glutathione is given. Some doctors boost glutathione to decrease the side effects of chemo and radiation therapy. Yes, glutathione actually protects us from radiation.
So, what did the study find?
On the basis of present results, it can be concluded that exposure to acute doses of EMR produced by mobile phones is more hazardous than that produced by fractionated doses of the same type of radiation.
Harmful Cell Phone Radiation and Glutathione
Almost every disease state is associated with a decrease in glutathione levels. Numerous studies have shown that boosting glutathione levels may alleviate if not reverse many disease states, including cancer and aids.
The obvious moral is that it would be unethical to let your rat use your cell phone for long periods of time. If you are worth more than your rat, you need to take steps to avoid harmful cell phone radiation.

The Way to Make More GSH For Free
Glutathione has a high affinity for water. Simply put, if we are dehydrated our bodies may not make as much as they could. Or, what we do make may be less effective.
Usually there is something more than just being dehydrated. Often there is a condition called fluid and electrolyte imbalance, less than bodies needs. There is a simple, easy and inexpensive way to correct this, allowing your body to produce even more GSH.
The Water Cures Protocol really works. Give it a try today.
It is simple, easy, sustainable and affordable (the salt should cost less than $10 a year).
And like GSH, it will help with over 76 different diseases and conditions.
