Foods Containing MSG: Killer in you Cupboard

What are the foods containing MSG? Foods containing Monosodium Glutamate are everywhere.

Many soups, chips like Doritos and Lays, Top Ramen, Hamburger Helper, salad dressings and even meats that have juices injected into them.

Fast foods and chain restaurants are no different. McDonalds, Burger King, Taco Bell Wendy's, TGIF, Chilis, Applebees, Denny's, Kentucky Fried Chicken all use ingredients that have MSG in them. If not MSG, it may be that they use hydrolyzed vegetable proteins.

Oops, did I just reveal the secret ingredient in the special sauce and one of the secret herbs and spices?

A Personal Experience

One day, calling the makers of a frozen pizza and asking if their pizza had MSG, the answer was not no. Rather they just read the label. So, asking them if they could say if it had MSG or not, they said all they can say is what is on the label. A little detective work and it was eventually found out that it did indeed have MSG.

How could this be since there was no indication. Well, since they did not directly put MSG in the ingredients and since one of the ingredients has MSG, it slipped thorough a loophole in the labeling laws.

The Way to Make More GSH For Free

Glutathione has a high affinity for water. Simply put, if we are dehydrated our bodies may not make as much as they could. Or, what we do make may be less effective.

Usually there is something more than just being dehydrated. Often there is a condition called fluid and electrolyte imbalance, less than bodies needs. There is a simple, easy and inexpensive way to correct this, allowing your body to produce even more GSH.

The Water Cures Protocol really works. Give it a try today.

It is simple, easy, sustainable and affordable (the salt should cost less than $10 a year).

And like GSH, it will help with over 76 different diseases and conditions.
