Every morning when you get up, try to drink 16 to 32 ounces of water with a pinch of salt. It is essential to drink within 20 minutes of awaking so that your metabolism is set on high gear.

Let Your Body Clean House While You Sleep

Drinking a glass or two before bed, including the 1/8th tea spoon of sea salt one hour prior to going to bed will help your body cleanse itself from the days activities. The biggest worry most have is having to get up in the middle of the night to take care of business. It may be that for the first three days, this may happen.
